If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Ek Dori

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to www.ekdori.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

We offer refunds only for goods that may have arrived damaged, for anything else we only offer an exchange,

Refund Policy

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

1. You reach out to us within 24hrs of receiving the product.
2. Please share a package opening video, as proof of having received a damaged product.
3. Please mail us the video and other details at hiekdori@gmail.com.                      4. Once the refund has been approved, please ship the product back to us within 2 days of receiving it.
5. We will process the refund within 2 working days once we receive the product back and have inspected it.

6. PLEASE NOTE : The return shipping cost will not be borne by us. Refunds are only offered incase you receive a damaged product. Each item is thoroughally checked before being packed and the likelyhood of receiving a damaged product is close to nil.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Exchange Policy

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. 

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
