Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product via email at email@example.com. A product is only eligible for a return/exchange if it is damaged on delivery.

Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If the required piece is not available, we will exchange it for another item of your choice.
We ship within 2 working days of having received the payment.
