Refund policy
Exchange
We are happy to exchange your order for anything else from our store. Please mail us at hiekdori@gmail.com to initiate the exchange. We will share the return address. Please ship the item to the return address. Once we receive the item you can let us know what you would like to exchange it for and we will be happy to do the needful.
Please mail us within 2 days of receiving the item, for it to be eligible for an exchange. We will not accept an exchange if the product is used or damaged or if the exchange email is sent beyond 2 days of receiving the item.
We must receive the product back within 7 days if the exchange being initiated. You can exchange within 1 month of us receiving the product back.
Refund
We offer a refund only in cases when you have received a damaged product. To avoid such a scenario each product sent to you is thoroughly checked, hand packed and shipped to you. However incase you do receive the wrong product or a damaged product, you can request a refund by sending us an email with the images of the product on hiekdori@gmail.com, within 2 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and the return must be initiated within 2 days of you receiving the item.
Once your refund has been approved by us, you can ship the product back to us. On receiving the product, it will be checked and a refund will be initiated.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
