The set consists of a shirt style shibori kurta (with pockets), and the most comfortable palazzo.

The vibrant colour, rich textures and the fun shibori pattern created by the shibori stitch and dye make it perfect for work or play.

The shibori pattern is created with a lot of love and precision - the pattern is first dotted on the plain white cotton fabric. Once the markings are in place, the artisan and his entire family work together to create running stitches along the markings. The fabric is then dyed in colour . Once dry, the threads are pulled out, creating a beautifully intricate pattern with base colour and the top colour.

The kurta set truly is a labour of love.

NOTE : Each kurta co-ord set has been created with a lot of love, by hand. Hence, they may have some imperfections and colour bleed. We feel these imperfections are testimony of the work that has gone into it and hence make them more beautiful.

CARE : Dry clean the first couple of times. After that wash separately, may run colour (the bandhani pattern will not be affected by the colour run :)
