Cotton Midi Dress : Flame Of The Forest

The Dress :

The pure cotton dress is light, airy, soft, flowy and fits just right. It has a fitted waist and 8 kalis flowing from under the waist, to give you enough flare to be able to enjoy a twirl. The yoke of the dress is crafted from handloom south ikat, in which the colours of fire merge into each other. The yoke is embellished with shells and trims. The sleeve edges and the dress flare edges are decorated with red cotton pompom trim.

The Inspiration :

A walk through a lush green deep forest - the only sounds i could hear were that of my heavy breath, my pounding heart, the birds and the constant humming of the crickets. My vision gets hazy, the curtain of smoke gets thicker, in the distance I can see the fire, flames of red, orange and amber dancing a dangerous dance.
